- Identify the activities that you have already completed or those that are not relevant to your needs.
- Contact our office via email or phone and request to switch out the completed or irrelevant activities for an alternate course or webinar.
- Enquire about any policies we have in place regarding switching out courses and any associated fees. There may be no extra charge, but it’s good to confirm this with the office directly.
- Provide the necessary information, such as the course you would like to switch to and its details.
- Follow any instructions provided by the office to complete the process.
